As we enter the MLB offseason, there are plenty of questions that need to be answered around the league.

The most important ones are which free agents will sign where.

Across the league, there are plenty of teams lining up for the start of free agency on November 10.

While some stars will end up re-signing with their original teams, here are three free agents who will be sporting new uniforms next year.

1. Willson Contreras

The All-Star catcher from the Chicago Cubs is one of the only players remaining from their 2016 championship team.

But, it appears his time in Chicago will be coming to an end soon.

After declining the $19.65 million qualifying offer, Willson Contreras is headed for the open market.

He will be in high demand as most teams are catcher-needy.

Also, his price tag is seemingly outside what the Cubs might be willing to spend.

Some teams that might be interested in Contreras are the Detroit Tigers, New York Mets, and Houston Astros.

2. Trea Turner

Arguably the best hitter entering free agency this year is shortstop Trea Turner.

Not only is Turner an elite hitter but he can play multiple positions at a very high level.

As one of the fastest players in the MLB, Turner is a perfect fit in the top third of any lineup.

There has been very little noise about the All-Star re-signing with the Los Angeles Dodgers.

This should leave many to believe he will get a monster contract from a new team.

Amongst those willing to sign Turner should be the Philadelphia Phillies, San Francisco Giants, or New York Yankees.

3. Jacob deGrom

The crown jewel amongst pitchers available in free agency is Jacob deGrom.

The Mets ace has battled injuries the past few years, but when he is on the mound he is elite.

His contract is expected to be one of the most lucrative of the offseason, and the Mets may not be willing to spend up.

After the Mets just spent big on closer Edwin Diaz ($102 million contract), a deGrom deal seems more unlikely.

deGrom is a risk for any team because of his injury concerns.

But, the teams that are going to be heavily interested include the Atlanta Braves, Texas Rangers, and Los Angeles Dodgers.
